Yeah I said that during one of the preseason blowouts and I got laughed at here. I didn't really appreciate that. I know I was exaggerating because I was angry, but we looked like garbage and we don't look an enormous amount better.

Blazers have gotten a ton of calls, including those rare and infuriating calls like offensive three second and that carry on Kobe, but that's really not why things are going badly. Things are going badly because the Lakers become scared and lose their edge the second they get hit in the mouth. Sure, Kobe will keep charging, Howard'll probably too, but the team collectively [Swearing is not permitted at Clublakers. You must edit this post prior to submitting.] the bed, and against a team that is otherwise playing without fear and with confidence, that's just a recipe for disaster.

Well, it's only been two games (one is still ongoing). I believe a 10 game sample will be more appropriate to read where we're at as a team. As of now we look very capable offensively, but defensively we're a mess. Mike Brown is supposed to be have a great defensive mind yet our team looks terrible.

I think 4th seems legit if this keeps up, behind Spurs, Thunder and Floppers. As for our team, I hate using this word, but we have no swagger. These young quick teams are dunking and raining shots all over us and doing it with confidence. Our team looks depressed and lost, even Howard doesn't look like his old flashy self as good as he's been, there's no confidence on their faces. There's no passion, no celebrating big shots, nothing.

It never looked dumb IMO. He had valid reasons. We were stinking it up in the preseason.

Then again, I may have said we need to give Mike Brown time. But IMO, for me, his time is up. Get D'Antoni in here, Nate McMillan, Brian Shaw, anything!

(Can't blame MB for everything. I mean, the players need to take some blame too but MB is the primary cause of this IMO).
