God am I gonna miss Fish when he retires

Also, Ron should ALWAYS be on the floor in crunch time for his D. No idea why Phil's been favoring Barnes.

Right when fisher caught the ball and started dribbling towards the basket, i thought "ohh god, this is gonna get blocked/fish is gonna toss up a brick off the glass"

flashbacks to game 3 of the finals...good job fish :jam2:

and of course kobe for his clutch shot with 20 seconds left.

Really? No idea? Matt has been giving us more energy and doesn't kill our offense. I love Ron, man, I wanted to kill him mnay times. This had to have been his best game of the season. And it's just because of his D.

As soon as he shot it, that's exactly what I thought about as well. It looked a whole lot like Game 3.

Derek Fisher is like a get out of jail free card if he's on your team.

Lakers needed this win badly. It would have been pretty demoralizing to lose.

The ending was fun. Gasol really gutted it out tonight despite it being blatantly obvious that he's running on empty right now. Artest looked fully engaged down the stretch on the defensive end. Sometimes I think he needs a situation like what played out down the stretch to get him going. #24 is #24 in the clutch more often than not. He did say Oh Me Oh My, but only after the Lakers started heading to the locker room. And he said it in a very subdued sad voice.

Oh, and the highlight of the whole night was watching Deandre Jordan in tears as he was being interviewed in the locker room. :man10:

pathetic game but Fisher to the rescue...lol...

if somebody would have told me Fish is going to hit a buzzer beater by twisting in a contested layup high off the glass I would have called you insane. But it seems like the guy just really can't miss big shots.
