Kobe looked like was limping a little bit going into the locker room after the halftime interview. I think its something to do with his shin/calf he has that wrap around.

Great an 8pt lead. How long will that last with this rotten D. Letting Popeye hang out on the wing unattended seems to me to be a gamble to let him hang out and rotate elsewhere... where the hell is that, btw? Anyone figure out what the hell doing with that guy?

Bad news is, Cp3 and Griffin have YET to get it going and they're only down 8....and they got KOBE BUTLER over there making it rain right now....

Mike Brown also got ignorant with the rotations once again....leaving Blake out there for TOO long and not giving Kobe enough tick in that 2nd quarter.

Yeah, I like Lawler but the other idiot is impossible to listen to. I thought I'd enjoy watching some Clip games this year, but he makes it impossible to enjoy. Everything is "the greateset in the history if the game." It's nauseating.

We are scoring just fine..... now let's see if we can play some defense.

Slight advantage on the boards so far and 3 turnovers in a half for us is great.

Letting Butler shoot largely uncontested 3 pointers is not working so far. We get that shut down and we'll be in good shape.

We won the 1st 2 quarters We usually take a bad start or give up the lead in the 2nd.

We're should be up by more ... we are terrible at putting teams away... CP3 is more agressive in 2nd halfs and a great 4th quarter player ..

We need to come out strong to start the 3rd.

Why does it have to balance out? For once our offense is clicking, but sadly our defense sucks. On the other hand, there's times when they play great defense, but the offense just looks bad, stagnant, improductive.
Why can't they play great at both ends of the floor for one game?
The same goes for a lot of games. Last Sunday against the Warriors for example: Scored 120 points, but let the warriors score 112.

We need consistency, not complacency.

Caron is getting lost in our switching scheme and we are scrambling to recover off the pick and roll.....

We have a big advantage inside with Bynum, even if Kobe cools off we should still have the upperhand. I hope they don't get stupid and start wasting the shot clock only to take a bunch of long jumpers to start the third.

We'll see.... 3rd quarters have been our issue going back 5 or 6 years it seems. I'm more worried about the first rotation in the 3rd.... we need to have the lead expanded by that time or we will be in for another nail bitter I'm afraid.
