To be clear, you think Kobe is, what, a so-so player? Absolutely average?

Yes, you did, but that doesn't mean he was.

I think the wrong person was accused of trying too hard
For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.

I said LA's bench was key to winning this game. They've been outscored 12-4 in three minutes here. Total bench is -23 so far.

Mike D is buying a lot of time. As long as the Hornets don't do too much he can rest Kobe and Nash longer. Have to get Kobe and Nash some rest so they can close the game.

Howard just can't come through for this team when they need him most. never. just can't dominate Robin Lopez. Sad. Now out, and it will be a layup line and the Lakers will have to fight all game to come back.

Is it obvious that I hate him, his effort, his stupid fouls, and his lack of any consistency?

Anyway. A loss tonight and at least we are all out of our misery.

Just don't get why this guy can't have a great game against a sorry team and really help the team out. Just not capable, I gues.

^ tigerjeterkobe, you're right. He has to be able to beat Lopez, even if he's not at 100%. Even if he's not at 80%.

Depressing
"The first time I ever saw my uniform hanging in the locker I put it on right away, and it just felt like I was putting on golden armour. From that day forward, I just called it 'the golden armour', it just felt like there was something mystical and magical about it" - Kobe Bryant.

2 missed layups, missed midrange, missed 3.. offensive board and layup, blocked layup, horrible layup.... Kobe's fault.

pathetic and disgusting
Michael Jordan : "My Chicago team are the all-time greatest"
Magic Johnson : "Put me with Kareem, James Worthy, Cooper and Byron Scott, and we'd dominate your Bulls team"
