Game. Don't care who gets the credit, it's a team win, big contributions from Pau (the 3, the 2 free throws), Kobe (shot to eventually send us to OT, 3 in OT), and Drew (tip in basket, game winning block).

14/31 is better than his average this season, not too far off of 50% and considering he got fouled on his last drive....... I'd say that's a good percentage considering the minutes and back to back

This offense needs some SERIOUS work. We are absolutely not going to go far in the playoffs running plays for Kobe every time in the 4th quarter of close games. It's not going to work. PERIOD.

yeah :man10: but I seriously doubt this is one of the top 20 games of Kobe's career if even in the top 30.

well it was ugly but back to back games with an old and depleted club, not a bad result, except for Blake getting injured.

dude the game was intense going back and forth...

I got prob over 800+ kobe games. I know all his big games and saw them all.

maybe it was just the moment but that was intense

We are out of 4 bench players right now, everyone was tired, Kobe's the only one who can create. Heck, this team has only been together for roughly 3 weeks, with a new coach and a new system and several new players, it'll take time.

Just enjoy the win.

I would be happy if this was only in the 4th quarter of close games. The sad part is that it seems there is no offensive play other than Kobe shooting all night long. I know Kobe fans might be jizzin' but if you like good basketball that's plain disgusting.

Then this wasn't even close to one of Kobe's best games.

Did you watch the game? Seriously, did you?

First post in the game thread and all you do is complain and bag on Kobe, per usual.

"Kobe fans might be jizzin' "?

I don't know what type of Lakers fan would be mad about a hard-earned win, in Utah, on the second night of a back-to-back, with the team missing 4 quality bench players. Of course, I assume you are definitely not jizzin', probably feeling a little sad even?
