what everyone else said, we have no shooters, our bigs guys are timid, we don't have a physical inside game, we don't have a physical defense inside or out, maybe a 0-2 hole will force them to play harder in texas?

Yeah, this is something I noticed pretty much all year. It gets to the point where I pretty much don't have any confidence that anyone's jumper is going in, regardless of how open they are. Pau used to be automatic from ~14feet, Kobe gets white hot in spurts, Fisher can surprise you. But outside of that. This team is seriously deficient in 'ability to make jump shots with any reasonable professional level consistency'. It doesn't matter when the Lakers are outscoring their opponents +20 in the paint, but it sure shows when the paint scoring isn't happening.

Watch that idiot Phil let the lead ballot to double-digits before bringing Bryant back...

I am much more worried about the offense to be fair. The Mavericks have missed enough shots to give the Lakers opportunities, good defense or not, but the Lakers have not capitalized on them at all.

Odom has shown an ability to score at will against Dallas, I'd like to see him get 7-10 shots a game.
