I think a hair beneath that, but yes. They will look like world-beaters if the threes fall at home, but when they don't, they will lose. They lack the system or discipline to play any other way.
On the road, they will generally lose because of that same lack of system that can produce consistently, and because they several of their younger players, either because of youth or disposition, haves games that do not thrive on the road.
