This would be a huge statement game if we could win without Kobe, but I have my doubts.

realistically, we are probably not winning this.

first game without kobe, destroyed by suns. second game without kobe, barely squeak by the worst team in the NBA (without their starting pg).

unless pop rests duncan, ginobili, and parker, i don't see us winning. even if he rests those guys it would still be up for grabs.

that said, hopefully somehow we do manage to win and use it to create some momentum heading into the postseason.

Bynum and Gasol really need to step up tonight. They are our only advantage against the Spurs, and we need them to play BIG if we're going to beat them.
Their bench is probably gonna torch ours, that's a given. They'll probably rain down 3s on us too.
Points in the paint & rebounds is where we beat them, and that's how we win.

We're probably not winning this game. Although, you never know with this team. Pau, Bynum and Ramon have to have great games, Metta and Matt have to contribute.

Also, the Spurs might just have a bad shooting night. Anything's possible.

Gasol/Bynum will have to combine for at 40 points and 20 boards for us to even compete in this game.

Going out on a HUGE limb here . . . not going to be our night. Sorry, I know we like to be positive, but the Spurs are playing incredibly well in a dog fight for first place in the west, they're playing at home, we're playing without Kobe Bryant, and we just inched past the worst team in the league. Doesn't look too hopeful.

But then again, that's why they play the games, right? Ya never absolutely know.

Fantasy says.....Glock plays 15 minutes and scores 13 points.

Reality says......Blake plays 25 minutes and scores 6 points.

Looks like Jordan Chill is active for tonight's game. Hopefully he can get some burn tonight.

Yea probably not. Guys 7-10 are lucky to see the court.

It's all about defense. Even without Bryant our guys are capable of putting up points, but Bynum needs to be the boogie man whenever TP enters the lane.

We've had two games to learn a little bit of how to play without him....... hopefully it will help......

Sessions will need to be aggressive and someone needs to steal Blake's shoes so he can't play......

Against Manu and Parker he will be Boogieing on the bench in foul trouble.......

They can do that. I would not even be surprised. It's more abut... you know... other guys and bench contribution. 40/20 for these two has a good chance of happening.

Not going to happen Mike Brown packed Blake's bag for him and an emergency bag just in case anyone messes with his son.
