Alright, can we stop the game after Q1? We won.

Much better effort than game 1. Notice that we're playing the passing lanes. :man1:

Good first quarter. Gotta keep this up!

This is a much better effort. Slowed the game to our pace.

Defense is looking better...... pace is good.... OKC is actually missing and we have gotten a few calls... Good things...

As long as we don't make stupid turnovers, and don't let them to get easy fastbreak points, we can win this. Just keep half court offense, and play our game, i'm sure we can win.

This Pau led 2nd unit to start the quarter better come out and put up some points and make some stops. No run here for OKC.

Good showing so far. Lakers have to stay competitive throughout just like this Q1. Win or lose against this team doing just that will be a win.

I guess that's the bright side. Yes, the defense is better, much better. Thunder had as many turnovers in the first quarter as they did the entire last game.

good first quarter D. glad the very first call was an illegal screen by perk. finally they called it! but we gotta do better offensively. drew was def good but when pau is out there he's gotta be more aggressive and I like how sesh attacked and scored first. that was good to see hopefully he keeps it up. can't drop the ball of to kobe with 5 secs left on the clock

Gotta survive this first couple of minutes of the quarter with Kobe and Drew on the bench. Pau has to step up.
Let's hope Brown doesn't play Blake and Sessions together.

Decent quarter. We forced some turnovers and looked a little more actively. OKC looks like they're getting the exact same shots but a lot of them aren't going in. Drew looks engaged and playing well. Kobe's struggling shooting but getting to the line and roaming defenively. The tempo favors us as well. Let's get better quarter by quarter, though.

Thunder are a different team when they aren't hitting all of their midrange jumpers. Unfortunately, Lakers have yet to really capitalize on it. Worried this game will get blown open soon.

Yes, Lakers could be up by 6-10 if they were playing sharper. Fortunately the Thunder are also playing very ugly ball.
