A few things I think the lakers need to work on
1. Making their FT
2. Not fouling as much to the other team and getting them to the line
3. Guard the 3 point line, making sure no one on there team can make any
4. I have noticed this alot, many times Fisher or George are wide open when shaq has the ball, SHAQ throw it out to them!
5. Full court press, KG isnt a real PG, press that guy, make him turn it over.
6. go out and win

This is as huge as game 6 against the Slurs. We cannot go back to Minny, because we won't win. Bottom line: Big Game=Must Win! We need to come out with major energy and focus and try to put this away early. The Puppies will keep it close for awhile, but will sputter down the stretch. Lakers prevail in the end.

Don't forget no Cassell for tonight's game. I think we are doing what the Bulls used to do occasionally, not really try on the road (Game 5) when they could wrap it up, but instead wait until they go home to close out the team.

Till now - all the games i watched live ( #5 against SAS and #1 against MIN ), since its broadcasted here at 4 am, were Lakers' wins - i think its not the time to break the streak!

I think that the keys for tonights game are:

-Get more the ball to Shaq, he can destroy min inside
- kobe must be involved in the offense early
- better "D" to stop KG and Spree
-We must pressure the ball-handler ,because they dont have PG so we take adventage of that and create some turnovers
-more production from the bench not Fisher he is doing a great job the bench must step up
-Malone must hit wide open shots
-payton must get more to the basket to be active in offense

I think is too much but , its only way to win and get western conference championship

Fisher Sprains Right Knee

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., May 31 -- Lakers guard Derek Fisher has suffered a sprain of the medial collateral ligament of his right knee it was announced today. The injury was diagnosed after an MRI and an examination by team physician Dr. Steve Lombardo.

This is bad news but it says that he will decide at game time to play or not

Shaq needs to get into better low post position, in game 5 Minny did a good job guard him but Shaq needs to get much deeper than he did the last game.

If he does that we will win.

Damn, Fish is injured?!?! I hope it isn't anything too serious, and I hope he plays and contributes what he has been lately. Either way, this is the Lakers' game tonight. At home, game 6, just get the ball into Shaq. A Shaq attack all the way, I want him to devour the pups. Kobe will get his, and will probably murder as well, but put the pressure D on all those punks, show they can't hang with the purple and gold. Come on Lakers!!! CLOSE THIS OUT!

Yes, like in 1996 when the Bulls were up 3-0 on the Sonics and let them have 2 in Seattle before wrapping it up in Chicago. The Lakers will win tonight, I can feel it. :jam2: And I think Fisher will play, I doubt if the injury is that serious.

Slava laughed at the suggestion his skills might be affected by the down time. "Are you kidding?" he said. "Basketball is like ball. It's all a circle."
