Alternate Road Jerseys

I've always been a fan of black road jerseys. I was bored this morning so I thought I'd Photoshop a picture. I think it'd be pretty cool if they had 4 jerseys: 2 away and 2 home. They could wear these on Sunday games like they do the white ones... Yes, I have no life. But still, they look alright!

i think they look good, but i like the purple, gold, and white jerseys. we should stick to the classic ones. but what do i know.

The black road jerseys already do exist. And it's not the rewind black jerseys. It's the actually 2001 and up jerseys in black and gold. They just don't wear them. I bought it at foot locker last year when they introduced the white Sunday home jerseys. The white and black ones came out at the same time. I have to agree that they do look really good. For a team with new faces, does deserve a new look as well in my opinion.

Well the Black Lakers jersey u bought, isn't the real deal, cuz if it was the Lakers would wear em. U should find a picture of the one u bought, because I dont think they exist.

I have the black jersey and it's cool but I thought they were suppose to be blue? On ESPN at the Lakers club house on the side it had this:

The Lakers will wear their popular white jerseys for home Sunday games again this season, the Los Angeles Times reported. They also will wear blue throwback jerseys from the early 1960s four times this season, twice at home and twice on the road.

even thought they don't wear the jerseys at games, the black jerseys are out there. i've seen plenty of people wearing em and they don't look bad.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. I HATE THESE NEW REEBOK "REPLICA" JERSEYS! What's with the vest design? Disgusting...

Ya man, I hate the replicas too, and i know that the black ones really exist, but only in replica form. It would be tight if the Lakers made and wore black authentics sometimes. They look really sharp. Just like the one that was photoshoped above. It looks really dope.

Too much history with the purple and gold jerseys. The Lakers would never change permanetly.

That's a good thing since we got one of the most historic franchises in sports. This isn't the Nuggets or Mavs where you change the jerseys every year.

We're the Lakers and we're purple and gold. That's why you can buy those black and baby blue ones for yourself.. :jam2:

Don't like them one bit. Too bleak for me. They look cheap like a heavy metal band shirt with the sleaves cut off. Also, yellow and black just doesn't look sweet at all, like yellow and white, our yellow and purple. YELLOW/GOLD, what's the difference, for all of you smart [Swearing is not permitted at Clublakers. Like I said, I havent EVEN SEEN the Lakers black authentic jersey yet... Those are the reebok b-side jersey and the nike retro swingman jersey. If there was a REAL retro black one, then Kobe would have worn it on both covers of Slam. He's rockin the swingman version of it.
