When Kobe sees his opponent as a threat he's going to D up, doesn't want to get embarrassed in a one on one situation. His defense in those situations has always been excellent. But his defense outside of that...

Agreed. Kyrie pretty much called him out by doing that 1 on 1 and Kobe couldnt let him embarrass him. I think Kobe's team defense is what he needs to improve...sagging to much and watching the ball as well as not getting back bc hes arguing a call. regardless of a call you should continue to work...

I agree with Kobe playing more defense instead of sagging off. It means he is a little lazier. You see it a lot, not just this year. At least he makes it up with scoring.
Fans should not be so disappointed with this road loss. It is the cavs but Kyrie was out for 11 games so the record is a little deceiving. Their star PG was out 11 games, record deceiving. U see where I am going with this? It is only 1/4 of the season. You think this Laker team cannot win 40 out of the next 49 games, with that kind of momentum going into the playoffs is signficant. BUT, they still have a footspeed problem and I wanted ya'll about Howards FT's and prone to getting fouls. Bynum's percentage''s were much better. Who cares if his stats were not there for one game. They were winning. Dwight gets stats but not wins.
