Need Help (lakeshow or LD2k)

I got Adobe and I made my videos, and it's all good until when i have to save them, I've tried a lot of ways but they take like 900mb, 200mb's its crazy, can u guys help me figure out whats wrong or tell me how to save them so theyll be like 50MB's, thanks, whenever I know that I'll be posting my videos quickly!!!

Try using these settings: Sorenson Video 3, High Quality, Millions of Colors, 18 frames per second, 60k/sec data rate, 320x240 and IMA 4:1 16 bit Mono for the Audio.
