Lakers Training Camp 2006-07

Lakers Training Camp opens October 3, 2006, officially launching the 2006-07 Lakers season.

Three players will be eliminated from the Lakers Training Camp roster in order to narrow the fifteen man limit.

Likely first to be cut is Von Wafer, who has not performed well with the Fort Worth Flyers or in the Summer Pro League.

Lamar Odom
Vladimir Radmanovic
Luke Walton
Jordan Farmar
Shammond Williams
Sasha Vujacic
Maurice Evans
Ronny Turiaf
Brian Cook
Chris Mihm
Andrew Bynum
Aaron Mckie
Devin Green
Von Wafer
Danilo Pinnock

Aaron Mckie may also be one of the first to go, as he is the oldest member on the Lakers Training Camp roster.

The third cut is open to deeper positions and potential Laker Trades such as Chris Mihm, who is sacrificial behind Kwame Brown and Lamar Odom.
