Slava laughed at the suggestion his skills might be affected by the down time. "Are you kidding?" he said. "Basketball is like ball. It's all a circle."

BEST VIDEO EVER ... AND AND THE SECOND BEST.

With his left hand, no less. I guess his shoulder is feeling better already.

Thanks for the video man, I was anticipating this one. I like what Phil has to say about JCritt. He has high hopes for him which is unusual for a Rookie PG for Phil IMO.

I think JCritt will actually step in and play a lot more this season than expected. Farmar showed Phil that rookies can play as good as anyone in the league lats season.

Could Brian Cook be the X-factor? O_O

He's looking a LOT different to me. He's even using less "Ums" when he talks!

That put back dunk looked like Mo to me, not sure if Lamar is practicing with the teams like that yet. And I love listening to Fisher talk, anyone with me on that? The guy just speaks well, he sounds smart and he says the right things, about how they practice things that promote teamwork and how he's already bonding with his teammates. At the very least, he doesn't make me hate him when he speaks like Smush did. Smush : "uhhh. . yeah... well you know I just play my game and we uh played good and .. we were good heh heh", can't stand that guy.

Yeah, D Fish is the man. If he steps up and plays solid defense this season, I think he may be close to my favorite Laker ever. He's already one of my faves.

Wow, so true. I can't believe Smush Parker was our starting point guard last year...

Makes me appreciate Fisher all the more.

I thought it was Mo as well, didn't look like Odom to me and I'm not sure if Cook is capable of something like that yet.
