DUde said we got a steal. Could have been a first round pick in 10.

Interesting.

The clip they showed of our pick reminded me of MBenga, the body type, big guy that rebound and such.

They said if he didn't enter this draft, he would have a shot at being a 1st rounder next year. Well, at least we found a body to compete in camp, it looks like.

San Antonio continued to get better tonight but at least LA got some money. Sound like the Clippers or something out peddling all the players for money. Even trying to sell Farmar yet getting no players back. Oh well future money and draft picks are so helpful when trying to repeat. As I said they better sign Odom, Ariza and Shannon now

No wonder that last name seemed familiar. Should've picked up De Colo with our Charlotte pick though.

What Ford had to say about the pick:

Elonu is a big man who can rebound and block shots. He's actually got a pretty decent upside. You normally don't find that this far down in the draft.

With their pick in the second round at No. 42, the Lakers drafted point guard Patrick Beverley, who played in Ukraine last season, traded him to the Miami Heat for $1.5 million and a 2011 second-round pick.

Few pts

Hawks: OMFG i am pissed right now. There is no reason why blair isn't in a hawk uniform right now. We could have drafted him and t hen sent minny a future 1st and got lawson. For a team that doesn't really do FA that much we need to have impactful drafts and it didn't happen

Minny: Horrible draft. Drafted way too many PG's when they had other needs. I think vitale said it best. Rubio/Flynn together will get a coach fired.

SA: Huge steal with blair. Pretty impressive.
