Any chance Lakers would land Morrison?

Any chance Lakers would land Morrison?

Ok, I know it sounds like a long shot but, I've heard Lakers might trade up for the 4th spot to get Roy. I've read up on a lot of draft analysts and its very possible that Morrison might drop below 4 or 5. What are your thoughts? Roy or Morrison..if morrison is possible?

If we really got 4th pick, I would still pick Roy over Adam!!
we don't need another small forward,
and Morrison is a weak weak defender!!
Roy can score, can rebound, can pass, can defend,
he is the real deal!!

I dont want the next Wally Sczerbiak. If I wanted Steve Kerr I'd resign cook to a 6 year deal.

:man10: good comparision. He is a great shooter and scorer and is going to be a lot better than Sczerbiak offensively but he is out-quicked by the statue of liberty on defense.

I'm afraid Adam will be the first sports figure that becomes a mass murderer. He's a headcase that needs to be institutionalized.

Oh, wait...

And who says he'll be the next Wally Sczerbiak? The 7-11?

no way we get Morrison. Even if we traded up and morrison was still on the board we would take Brandon Roy.

Quite possible...Morrison is like Wally physically but what seperates them is Morrison's competitiveness...Bird was very similar in that he used fundamentals to supplement his (lack of) athleticism...

Greatness is measured by drive and passion for the game coupled with talent...Morrison will be more than a one dimensional shooter. That's evident already.

Morrison has drive and desire, great hoop iq, yes he will be more than just a great shooter, he reads the floor very well and is an underrated passer. He will be one-dimensional though, he's an offense-only player. No speed or lateral quickness and he invests all his energy offensively.

I'd draft him. It wouldnt help our problems areas, but I'd draft him.

We could really use some guys with his personality.

I don't know why but Rudy Gay reminds me of Devean George. I know I'm wrong but maybe it's his build or something. I just don't think we need any more small forwards, they never work out for us, it scares me.
