i dont kno who this is but on espn they say the warriors might pick him. anyone kno a tiago splitter?

Splitter is from Brazil plays in Europe for Tau Cermaica, one of the final four Euroleague teams. Problem is he has buyout issues, may have to stay in Europe for another year maybe two. He's another athletic Brazilian power player with good speed, size an athletiicsm, but also had some injury issues this year. His defense is excellent. His offense is raw. Given the buyout issues he might pull out of the draft yet again.

I've heard Mullin likes Bargnani, Morrison, Gay and Foye. Warriors are also rumored to be interested in Patrick O'Bryant the high upside but raw 7 foot center from Bradley that had a great tournament.

what are the regulations for an NBA team to buyout the player? do we have to aquire someone like splitter from the draft or can we pay him off like in pro football, where i.e. real madrid buys robinho.
