will swap picks. Speculation is Jordan wants Roy and is rumored to trade up for the #1 pick. Charlotte suspects that the Bulls are realistically considering selecting Roy and don't want to risk losing out on him.

If you look at the Bulls lineup, they have plenty of solid guards. I cannot imagine them drafting another this high. If I was Charlotte, I wouldn't be worried unless there is wind of the Bulls/Lakers trade.

BTW Jordan WILL NOT already take command. Sounds like bogus to me...
