The Kings are among several teams that are undecided on who to draft in the first round.

According to the Sacramento Bee, the team's scouts and executives are all over the draft board. Specifically, the Bee says they have "five votes going for five different players."

Ultimately, Geoff Petrie has the final decision on who the Kings will take with the fourth overall pick.

Too bad the Kings have been lost since Chris Webber's era ended.

You could also say that the Kings have been lost since the Chris Webber era started.

Signed, the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Kings won a few Division titles with Chris and gave Kobe-Shaq a great 7 game series several years ago.

Seemed like a good time for that franchise from an outside perspective.

It's respectable by objective standards. With Webber, the Kings were a team to be reckoned with in the West.

That time is over, though, and I was observing that the Kings don't seem to be working in a steady direction back towards contention.
