I cant believe people think they are the best draft site on the internet. The draft is what, less than 2 weeks away? Their mock right now so absurd I dont see how anyone could this seriously. Aldridge at 5? Pecherov at 14? Lowry at 21? Denham Brown in the 1st round? Quincy Douby 31? Alexander Johnson 7 picks away from going undrafted, even though in reality he may be a lotto pick!? Hell, there are guys on their board who arent even going pro! I like their scouting reports, but otherwise DraftX has a definite edge between these sites.

I think best draft site is draftexpress.com not nbadraft.net
nbadraft.net was good source when other sites wasn't working, but now if I want to check out mock, I'm visiting draftexpress.com

not a good site, at all.

they say they update regularly, but I only think they make minor tweaks on those dates.

The only thing I use NBA Draft.net for anymore is a profile that Draft Express doesn't have or to randomly check the draft countdown clock. Other than that, ugh.

nbadraft.net has good analysis on the players, but i agree, the mock draft AND COMPARISONS arent accurate

I don't even like their take on players, unless I can't find anything anywhere else. They overrate players.

For example:

NB Draft.net compares Morrison to Bird
Draft Express compares him to a shorter Dirk

NBA Draft.net compares Thomas to Marion
DE compares him to Swift with Big Ben's attitude

NBA Draft.net compares Gay to Pip
DE compares him to Marion

NBA Draft.net compares Foye to Billups
DE compares him to Mike James

NBA Draft.net compares Lowry to Tim Hardaway
DE compares him to Tinsley

NBA Draft.net compares Powe to Larry Johnson

NBA Draft.net compares Renaldo Balkman to the Worm

Good point JSM. According to NBADraft, this is going to be the best draft in history with these comparisons.

Not to defend the way they run things on that site but that isn’t their actual final mock draft. I don't think that happens until after the finals are over. I don't even think team needs are factored into that list so it's not meant to be an accurate mock draft quite yet. I mentioned this last year but no one really listened to me. Maybe I'm wrong but that was always my understanding.

I understand thats likely whats happening, but last year they were somewhat on with most of their picks. I just see no reason to not address team needs at least, or have lottery picks going in the 50s for that matter. Im not asking for them to be anywhere close to perfect, just somewhat accurate at this point.
