Predict & Discuss the Draft Lottery

Toronto should take Lamarcus Aldridge.

Tyrus Thomas, Morrison, Gay, and Bargnani will be up there but toronto has Bosh, Villanueva, and Graham at the forward positions. It would be stupid for them to do that. Aldridge can play center with Bosh at power forward, and Villanueva at small forward.

A trade down definitely makes sense, but assuming they take him at 1 heres some scenarios me and emplay discussed for a minute.

Toronto - Bargnani
Chicago - Aldridge
Cha - Morrison
Portland - Thomas
ATL - Marcus Will
Minny - Gay

Toronto - Bargnani
Chicago - Aldridge
Cha - Gay
Portland - Thomas
ATL - Marcus Will
Minny - Morrison

Toronto - Bargnani
Chicago - Aldridge
Cha - Gay
Portland - Morrison
ATL - Thomas
Minny - Marcus Will

Assuming it plays out like that, Portland really doesnt look that bad in getting the guy they wanted anyway.
These are the numbers which matter to me: 1928 1931 1932 1939 1962 1967 1972 1974 1978 2003 2004 and 20,32,12,33,3,11,5. FIGHT ON!!!

imo Toronto takes Aldridge or trades down. While they hired the AGM from Treviso and planned on Bargnani that was based on them picking at 5.

Toronto getting the 1st pick means Chicago is sooo screwed. No Aldridge for them, they don't necessarily need Thomas, Morrison or Gay.

ever since we drafted Aruajo I don't want another euro. Ever since that point, i started to believe in drafting talent and upside, rather than taking someone that you need. I'd be happy with Aldridge because he brings more size and skill to our line up..

i really have no idea what we're gunna do though, this draft is up in the air, IMO... so many possibilities. I'm kinda pissed that we won this year, instead of next year. I want greg oden..... but anyways its not that big of a deal, any number one pick is suitable. ffinally some excitement

damn Bobcats :man4:
Gerald Wallace
now the 3rd pick (maybe Rudy Gay)

they have some SERIOUS talent. Could develop into a contender in 5 years.

Torronto also would have a very talented roster.
now the first pick

and some others.....

My top 5 picks this year

1. Raptors- Adam Morrison- Most ready to play and will bring another weapon to the Raptors
2. Chicago Bulls- Aldridge- The Bulls need size and he is the best big man avialable. Some calling him the next bosh.
3. Cha- Rudy Gay- They pass on T.Thomas becuas they already have both May and Okafor and get Rudy Gay to come in and give them scoring.
4. Portland- Bargnani- I think they will get rid of Miles and replace him with Barganai. He can play the SF and give the opposing SF nightmares. People are comparing him to Dirk and I think that will sway the Trailblazers to select him.
5. Hawks- T.Thomas- They are one big man away from being a playoff team. If T.Thomas pans out as a PF the Hawks can be dangerous.
Strikemode14 is the greatest.
