do you think the Lakers should trade up to get him? Or do you think that we'd have "bigger fish to fry" if we trade up?

No. He's a spot up shooter, you don't trade up for an ok one trick pony. Especially when we have much more pressing needs--athletic backup SF/SG, a PG, and some more depth up front.

Bigger fish to fry. He could be a great fit on a lot of teams, I don't think he'd be bad in LA, but I think there are better options.
