I remember this guy was ranked in the top 5 at one point going into the 2005 draft then he disappeared. Does anyone know what happened to him or how he is doing in Europe? I read the scouting report on him and it didnt look very good but I still dont know how this guy was ranked in the top 5 then just dropped from every draft board.
Not sure if he was a top 5 pick, but I remember many scouts were impressed with his length and height coupled with his shooting ability. He was definitely an intriguing prospect, but he really lacked weight, was a bit soft, and really fit the Euro stereotype of primarily only being a tall shooter. His stock really dropped over the course of the year, and the draft got so deep that he went undrafted. In this draft I think he could be a late 2nd rounder at the very least, as he is quite a talent that is not found in too many American college players.
