I don't think Leon Powe is going until next year, but he'd be a great low-first to early-second rounder in 2006.
Realistically, I think the best option for the Lakers would be to pick a rebounder. A big man, someone like Paul Millsap. Not only will be fill a void, but he'd definitely solidify our post to ridiculously brilliant measures. The guy has led the nation in rebounding all three years he's been in college. With the potential acquisition of Boozer, we could very well be the best rebounding team in the NBA, with three guys on the Lakers who you know will get us 10 boards a night.
As for the point guard issue, all decent point guards that will help us out any will most likely be gone by the 26th pick.
