BTW I'm happy we don't have to deal with his POS agent David Lee...(Ariza's agent as well). He was a pain in the arse and I always felt uneasy to have to deal with him for Bynum's extension.

I like bynum and thought with odom gone and phil gone I thought he would really flourish b/c he have more of an opportunity to be in the game more...however he was just too inconsitent. He didn't have a good motor and there was too much weird bynum at times..Sometimes you get 30 rebs and sometimes you get 3 rebs.

I hope maybe in philly since he will be the man that he can do better but in this situation you have to get howard over bynum.

Anyone know when his presser is? I'm interested in what he has to say.

Bynum's antics last season had me in pins in needles all the time. He was my hope for the future but it seems he wanted to be the man immediately which I felt was disrespectful to the other vets. The Lakers tried to accommodate and appease him but he was not ready and our team suffered because of it. I hope this trade matures him and he'll have a great career with Philly.

^ I doubt it. If you've been in the league for like seven seasons and you're still immature the prognosis is usually not good. He's gonna realize how good he had it on the Lakers when he gets to Philly. Finally, he gets to be the man and personally, I don't think he'll be able to step up and deliver. And Philly fans are not known to be the most patient and gracious fans to even their own teams so there's less room for error for Bynum and his antics.

Has Bynum shown up yet in Philly?

^ I'm curious, too. Haven't heard a peep from him since the trade.

The press conference will be on Wednesday.

Drew usually doesn't say anything unless somebody asks him a question. He doesn't do a whole lot of PR so I'm not surprised that we haven't heard anything from him directly.
