"The Kid" does it again.
I hate to say this but as soon as Gasol comes back, Bynum is probably going to be an unmotivated 3rd option again. His touches will decrease dramatically. He'll lose interest. I don't know what the solution is. I don't think they can co-exist and maximize their talents. Not enough touches.
It's obvious this guy is a 20/10 guy when he's option 1 or 2, but ask him to just pick up garbage and he seems to almost say, "Do you know what i can do. You want me to do that crap?" And i hear him. This guy is a great scoring center. He needs to be fed the ball 20 times a game. But with Gasol, Kobe and Artest, he won't.
Most teams consider going to the playoffs a success. Other teams hang up banners of division and conference titles on their stadium walls. In Laker Land, it's championship or bust. If we were to hang up every division/conference title we won, there wouldn't be enough room on the walls of Staples Center.
