Are the Clippers the worse (17-6) team ever?

They are very boring to watch, and well I know they have there entertainment with Blake Griffin dunks and there so-called good bench, but they are very raw and I'm just shocked they are 11 games over 500. anyone else think they are over-achieving and are probably gonna come back down to earth? I can't wait to blow them out next month with our full-squad.

They are not the worst 17-6 team ever. It's possible they're overachieving, but they are not a fluke. That's how good CP3 is: he turned the Clippers into a playoff/contender team.

I do think they're slightly overrated. I could see them winning a round or two, but not more than that. I still think they're missing that 3rd guy you need to win a championship. Crawford has had a terrific season, but he's really streaky and you gotta think at some point he'll come back to Earth. I don't think that they're the worst 17-6 team ever though.

Serious question? No, they are not, as a team they are 6th in ppg, 3rd in assists per game, and 6th in points allowed per game. That tells me they can put up points AND play defense. Their only bad stat is 19th in rebounding. I hate the Clippers, wish LA was a one team town and they'd go back to San Diego or something, but give credit where it's due. Wins are wins, and since the Lakers can't even get them against terrible teams we have no right to talk. Lastly, they have great depth, CP3, Butler, Griffin, Jordan, Green, Odom (yes I know he hasn't been good, but he has the ability still), Crawford, Bledsoe, Barnes, Turiaf. And Billups and Grant Hill are still out with injury too, I'd love to have that much depth.

No. They have proven players like CP3, Billups, Odom, and Butler. I think Griffin is a bit overrated, but he's an athletic freak. Jordan is only getting better. Also, unlike us, they don't have one player playing more than 33 minutes per game.

no. they're good, and definitely built for regular season success. in the playoffs, i think there's too much pressure on paul to be perfect because despite what espn says, griffin can't carry an offense for any meaningful stretch. also, in the playoffs, depth doesn't matter as much, and their top 7-8 are not as good as their competitors'. their 9-12 are pretty darn good, though, so they can withstand injuries to anyone but paul and keep winning in the regular season.

i don't think they have a realistic chance of winning a title, but they're certainly not a bad team, nor do i think they're overachieving right now.

this guys trolling obviously, their a team of proven players, they have depth. but i believe blake needs a couple more seasons before they become actual real contenders, but who knows they might overachieve, and i wouldnt be surprised they're very deep.


but hows odom? i wish there was a way to some how still get him/ still keep him and get nash, given that he would get into shape.
