:mad1: The Los Angeles Clippers and Utah Jazz are discussing a trade centered on Eric Bledsoe for Paul Millsap.

Bledsoe is the Clippers' best asset to be moved, though two sources with knowledge of the team's thinking predicted he would not be moved.

Millsap will be a free agent this offseason and the Jazz want to build around a younger core.

Just another reason not developing our own young talent over the last 5 years is killing us...... When the fire sales start we've got nothing to sell....

this trade doesn't make a ton of sense to me. millsap and griffin both play the 4 and the 4 only. millsap's going to be due some cash this summer, too.

Yep. It would make sense for Utah though. They really need some more wings.

That's what I thought. I don't understand the Clippers.

they'll probably play BG and Millsap together in the 4th quarter....along with Crawford, Billups and Cp3. VDN loves the small ball lineups anyways....plus their big man rotation becomes DJ/BG/LO/Millsap. That's about as solid as it can get...and they'll still be very deep at guard with Cp3/Billups/Crawford/Green. I think it's a win/win. Poor Mo Williams though....he left the clippers so he can start and now another clipper is possibly coming to Utah to take the PG spot for good....

blake has no back to the basket game n millsap does thats why they want this deal thats why they want kg in playoff time that offense isnt crap without a legit back to the basket low post player n blake isnt

true but BG can definitely get buckets on the block....he is quick enough to get past anybody and he has an improved jumper...maybe he doesn't have a GREAT back to the basket game but he certainly gets to his spots and scores a lot in the paint when given the ball on the block...

Its a good trade for the Clippers as they free up Blake Griffin to be garbage man with his athleticism. They struggled against San Antonio in the playoffs as they made Griffin the centerpiece and ran the offense through him in the post....

Like I said in another post, I would rather trade Dwight for Jordan, Bledsoe and LO and picks then move Bledsoe if we have to for Milsap ourselves.

Tade Gasol in summer for guard/wings -- matbe Ellis?

Have D. Jordan, Jordan Hill, Milsap, LO and Clark - that would be nice and I don't think we'd miss. Dwight too much.

Super team???? Didn't everyone say that about the Lakers last summer. I know Dwight is not 100 percent and is going through the motions to avoid injury, but his game is limited and I don't think he and Blake would be unstoppable. Having Deandre Jordan, jordan Hill, LO, Clark and Milsap plus Kobe would be awesome. Maybe we could get Danny Granger for the Howard picks and metta, then who has the super team?

Terrible trade idea. So not going to happen. Clippers don't need Millsap. They need E. Bledsoe. And E. Bledsoe is worth way more than Millsap to a team. I understand KG, but not Millsap.

still the Clippers :man10: , they actually have PG who is not old as dirt and is dangerous from anywhere on the court and actually KNOWS how to get his bigs easy buckets. Imagine him running PnR between Griffin/Howard, somebody getting dunked on for sure :man10: add that with BG new found jump shot, we would be dormat to them for years to come even with your supposed "super team" :man10: DJ/Blodsoe or Granger/Old Kobe is a super team? :man3:
