Oi. And then I remember why I wasn't a fan of his attitude.

I heard this quote on the radio on ESPN 710, and to me it just sounded like he wasn't really thinking and was just giving a generic answer. Regardless Drew should get a standing O on his first return to Staples.
Every time I begin to ask, "Is he really as great as I think he is?" ...He proves that he is.
Every time I begin to wonder...He proves it...That is why I won't lose hope in him.
You know who I am talking about.

Im glad he's missed us too. Ive been depressed ever since he got traded and has been dominant ever since, but I think I miss his great attitude more than anything.

Either Bynum dropped 15lbs in one week or this picture is photoshopped.

CJ Miles says that Bynum "is ready".

I'm not so sure I want to trust an NBA player for a medical diagnosis, but there you go.

From: http://www.fearthesword.com/2013/8/18/4633474/andrew-bynum-working-hard-in-cleveland-and-is-going-to-be-ready

Early reports are indicating good things about the Cavs' newest big man. Despite the fact that ESPN Summer Forecast called the signing of Bynum the 3rd worst addition of the offseason, Cavs general manager Chris Grant is far more optimistic, according to Steve Aschburner of NBA.com.

"I have absolutely been blown away by his approach," Grant said. "Literally, [from] the day we signed him, the next day he was here and he has been here every day but Sunday working. During this rehab, this progression, obviously we have a very detailed plan that he's been on and he's following it to a T."

if Drew can be healthy he is going to dominate. The guy has a horrible self-entitled attitude but he has game.

Self-entitled, perhaps, but the kid ALWAYS worked extremely hard in the off-season, battled back from serious injuries, and so I can see where the chip on his shoulder came from (not saying it was right).

Just based on the news that he's been in there from day one every single day but Sunday tells me he's eaten his humble pie and is doing what he needs to to (again) prove everyone else wrong about him. I hope he succeeds.

The problem is that when sunday rolls around, he might go out to eat dinner with friends, a fork falls on his knee, and he's out for 5 months.

@GeryWoelfel 28 Aug

Cavs could make quantum leap with healthy Bynum. Heard he's looking good and is at 291 pounds - just 6 lbs off playing wt.

Bynum has generally looked good for the past several seasons (once he lost that baby fat from early in his career). that hasn't helped him stay on the floor.

I won't sugarcoat it. He was McDonalds fat when he was drafted. That wasn't babyfat. He did change his habits pretty quickly though.

As far as him staying on the floor goes, I think he'll have to limit his minutes to 30 min and under for the rest of his career. Unless he can string together 2 consecutive 70+ game seasons, I don't think he should try playing more than 30.
