MIAMI -- Heat forward Caron Butler had arthroscopic knee surgery Saturday and could be sidelined a month, a setback for a Miami team featuring a retooled lineup. Butler bruised his left knee during the first day of workouts Wednesday. Tests showed no cartilage damage but revealed loose particles. Butler decided to have surgery rather than deal with continued stiffness and swelling.

that sucks, i liked caron a lot, hope he recovers quickly :man6:

I love Caron too, that guy is good offensively and defensively, and he showed why he was a Rookie of the Year Candidate last year. That guy has mad hops and can really lead a team, as evident last year when Eddie Jones screwed his leg. Now with Odom and Wade, the young tandem looks ready to bust Pat Riley's ?ss into the upcoming season.
