Good trade for the Celtics, Crawford can ball
"The first time I ever saw my uniform hanging in the locker I put it on right away, and it just felt like I was putting on golden armour. From that day forward, I just called it 'the golden armour', it just felt like there was something mystical and magical about it" - Kobe Bryant.

Crawford was in Washington's dog house big time.

And kind of messed up to trade a guy who's out. Isn't Barbosa out for the year?

its business, not like they haven't done it before...they did just a few years back to Marquies Daniels after his career threating back injury. But oddly enough Daniels went back to them the next year and Bos fan seem to think the same way with Barbosa, that he'll resign with them again next season

I understand it's a business, but I thought I read somewhere that Boston told Barbosa they wouldn't trade him.

Hm... I can't find it either. I guess I was mixing their report on Rondo with Barbosa.

Either way, I think Barbosa shouldn't go back... He should come to LA...

I thought you couldn't trade injured players?

its up to the team accepting the injured player, they can waive the injury/medical clearance.

i thought it's against the current CBA that a player who's traded can't resign with his former team for a certain time period

so wouldn't barbosa not be able to sign with the celtics til after march of 2014 or somewhere around there? i thought they amended this stupid loophole

Good trade for the Celtics
Michael Jordan : "My Chicago team are the all-time greatest"
Magic Johnson : "Put me with Kareem, James Worthy, Cooper and Byron Scott, and we'd dominate your Bulls team"

Crawford can put up points in a hurry, but I'm not sure what kind of opportunity he'll get in Boston. He needs to be on a bottom feeder to get his touches otherwise he'll get lost in the shuffle.
