Clippers pursue Gilbert Arenas...

The Clippers met with Golden State Warriors guard Gilbert Arenas and are considering making an offer to the unrestricted free agent, a Clippers executive confirmed Friday.

General manager Elgin Baylor, executive vice president Andy Roeser and coach Mike Dunleavy met with Arenas, his father and agent at a Beverly Hills restaurant Thursday night. No official offer was made, but the Clippers have emerged as one of three teams in the running to land Arenas.
