He is improving, he had nowhere to go but up, but he's definitely looking more comfortable than he ever has. He's not getting crazy with the ball, he's playing hard on defense every game, he's taking the open shot (tonight making them) and getting some nice easy layups.

For a couple of games now he's played very well for what we expect from our 3rd string PG. Duhon too. Maybe they don't suck that bad.

He's taking coach bernie's advice. He's taking the "sugar" off his game. He's sticking to what he does best and not trying to do what he can't do.

I love that he hounds the opposing PG full court on every possession.

He seems to be more confident now and is playing much better. Props.

His defense is what's most impressed me. Offensively, he's just letting Kobe take control of that and just picking his spots, playing in control for the most part.

^Can't trade him until December 15th. And IIRC he also has a no trade clause in his contract since we signed him for 1 year.

He's played better and tonights game he played under control for the most part but I still think we won't go far counting on him.

This pace plays to his strengths... if he is comfortable at all at this level it is in the open court. The half court running of an offense and knowing what to do had him befuddled from the second he stepped on the court. In this free flowing offense he doesn't have to make those decisions as much.

We won't, but we won't have to, he's just doing an admirable job filling in.

Mmhmm... 2 practices with Signore Pringles and Morris already looks a little liberated from Mike Brown's idiocy.

Will Pringles bury him on the bench once the two Steves come back or will Blake play SG right beside him? :man3:

What if he keeps improving and works as hard this summer like this past summer. I'm liking his effort and size and better handles out there. Good D being played against the bigger guards too. I hope he doesn't get buried when Nash and Blake are back. He should possiblty get Blakes minutes if he keeps improving. Higher ceiling this stage of their careers.

I never liked the pick, but I have to tip my hat to him at this point. He seems to be getting better right before our eyes. He is playing more under control and I have definitely liked his defensive game.

I gotta give props to Morris. I was critical of him not too long ago but the last few games he has really turned it around. He's stepped it up on both ends of the floor. Knocking down open 3s and making good passes. And he's doing everything under control and nothing outside of his realm. Hopefully he'll develop into a solid backup PG for us.

I thinkc it's to give him some props. I wasn't expecting anything from him to be honest :man9: Looks like garbage sigs are working. Either you get traded or you're starting to look at least decent :man12:
