Dell Curry, Steph Curry & Seth Curry - Family of basketball

Dell Curry, Steph Curry & Seth Curry - Family of basketball

Postby rubin86 on Sat Feb 21, 2009 9:51 am

I was browsing ESPN this morning and the front page had the three Curry's headline. Their father, Dell Curry, used to play for Toronto and was a fierce 3-point shooter. His son, Steph Curry is currently lighting up the college floor with around 29ppg. I had no idea these guys were father and son.

To make things even more interesting - he has another son named Seth Curry, who is apparently even better than his father and older brother, Steph.

Which begs my next question, can Steph make it in the NBA?

I don't see why not - I see a lot of AI in him.

Dell Curry was the first autograph I ever had from an NBA player. Pulled in from a pack of basketball cards from K-Mart.

I don't know much about the younger son, but Dell could shoot, lights out. Steph is gonna be a serious baller (top 3 pick).

Not a big fan of Stephen.

I don't like SGs trapped in PG bodies. You're just asking to have a terrible defense.

not true. SG's have bigger bodies and most of them good of enough quickness to keep up with PGs.

I think Curry will do great, i admit his defense will need some improvements to be constructive in the NBA

but i've never seen his brother Seth play, so I got no idea. But everyone is saying that he is the best of the three
