Ebanks needs more minutes. His jumper is legit and he even appears to have the ability to adjust his shots when challenged. Watching Metta flying around out there is brutal at times. I know it's hard to bench Ron, but Mike Brown MUST DO THE RIGHT THING
"After slamming in an alley-oop as the Suns center(Amare Stoudemire) clung helplessly to his arm, Bynum hopped around like he was on a pogo stick, grinning and nodding in a 'Who’s the man-child now?' sort of way" -Chris Broussard of espn.

this thread might as well turn into Ebanks' general thread for the season. Liked him tonight, wish i didn't have to see as much of Metta

Ebanks is slightly less athletic than Ariza but is already a better shooter and much better shot creator for himself. I hope he starts seeing 30+ mins a game.

Ebanks played well defensively...hit his outside shots the few that he was able to take. Speed to burn on the wings when Bryant hit him in stride on that fast break. He fits in well with Brown's defensive philosophy of fast players that can cover out in space and on the break.

Maybe instead of giving him a nickname we should stop referring to him as "a better Ariza" and start referring to Ariza as "a lamer Ebanks". lol.

Of course there's always Devin "take it to the" Ebanks.

Ebanks reminds me more of a taller, longer Michael Cooper out there. All arms, all legs...like a spider. He crouches lower, slips around screens and is able to move his legs side to side. Really stealthy. Ariza was like Wilkes IMHO.

Until Mike Brown releases his minutes from the clutches of Ron Artest we could refer to him as Freebanks. lol

I like DE3. Although when I say it, I wouldn't say the E. It'd be like Dee-3, or D3.

Another good shooting game, if he keeps making deposits like that, we might have to start calling him "DeBank"

Ohhh man I'd be very happy if Ebanks turned out to be a "taller, longer Michael Cooper".
