Good luck to the Suns

Good luck to the Suns

Postby Dragan on Mon Apr 21, 2003 6:33 pm

I never realy liked Suns to mutch ( this dates back to 1990 and 1993 when thay eliminated us ) but right now I am thear biggest fan.

Despite the fact that thay wan game 1, the fact that Robinson got injured and that Marbery is playing best basketball of his life ( maybe proving that after all he is better than Kid ? ) I still dont think thay can win the series. But pushing it to hopefully 7 games would do a huge favour to us.

Go Suns !

Thay will tale a lot of momentum and confidence back to Phoenix even if thay lose tonight. Being 1-1 after 2 games in SA is the best thing that happend to thear organisation in some time. Game 3 will be fantastic.

I dont even think about Suns winning game 2 cose it just wont happend.

I do... I picked the Suns to win this series, either way, Spurs are having a very, very tough time contending with Phx...

The Suns are a young team. They'll learn. We did. :man13:

I think the real question is, how did the Spurs ever win 60 games and become the top seed in the West & have HCA throughout the playoffs? I mean, if you're looking at this team for the first time and you're not a hard-core basketball fan, you just wouldn't think they did that well. Right now they're playing like THEY'RE the 8th seed -- just barely hanging on, just doing enough to win.

Are Spurs an ugly team ? Yes. Are thay not to mutch talented outside of Duncan ? Sure. But thay get it done with thear toughness. Thay are one of the best organised teams in the league but are a little bit overacheaving witch is why thay have problems in the playoffs. Still, thay are very dificult to play and especialy very dificult to score against. Thay will come around. Dont worry.
