Why would Lebron return? They're going to win another ring this year.. I don't hardly think he'll leave, they'll pay him in Miami.

Greg Oden is attempting to return to the NBA after not playing since 2009.

Oden has received interest from the Cleveland Cavaliers and Miami Heat, amongst other teams.

Deshaun Thomas, who attended Ohio State like Oden, said on Thursday that the two have been working out.

"Man, he looks unbelievable," he said at the draft combine. "He's running. He's lifting weights. You might be seeing a comeback. He looks like he's ready to go. He's running, getting in shape. I'll tell you one thing. For a big 7-footer that's all he does, running and getting in shape. He's looking right."

for the porn industry? Hope he really is ready to go
For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.

It's going to be really sad when that knee gives out again however long into the season. That one you would have to think would be the final one and he'd retire. I'm not hoping for it though, I'm hoping he can continue to be like Sam Bowie in that after all the injuries he can finally stay healthy and have a solid career from here on out.

Hopefully he finds the right situation where he can perform in limited minutes with no much pressure and learn and grow, not signing with a team that expects him to play starter minutes. A team with a top center would be a good situation for him (no Im not suggesting we sign him lol).

I hope he can make it through a season healthy though.

I wish him all the best, but... I don't think that knee can take all that running and jumping anymore. Not at the 82 games/season pace. And he's a really big guy on top of that. It will be difficult. But... someone will probably pay him.

If he were "Ready to Go" he'd be on a team right now. Agent generated blather......

McGrady also was said to be ready a lot of times.

Same for other comeback attempts like Darius Miles, Brandon Roy or Baron Davis. They all were awful.

i could see him coming back and suffering another knee injury

guys like oden and roy who have had so many injury problems just can never find a way to stay healthy, especially after undergoing all these surgeries which have made his knees even weaker

If he really wants to salvage what's left of his career, he would sign with Phoenix pronto.
