Kevin Durant Discussion

Like i said before, if this guy is not MVP and they find some way to give it to LEBRON again, I will riot.

LeBron himself said KD is MVP. The general sentiment is telling me KD is MVP as of now, but they're still holding out for the mighty KING JAMES over the last few games to decide the MVP award, which is RIDICULOUS.

Actually, ESPN tweeted this a few days ago:

Who are the best players in the NBA today? Check out the leaders in our new advanced stat: real plus-minus (RPM).

So yeah, they came up with a new advanced stat to say LeBron is the best (even though that means Nick Collison is 6th best player).

^ My God they have no chill whatsoever :man5: Anyway most of KD's shots are on the perimeter and he's shooting 51% fromt he field. His butt better be MVP because his assists, 3 point percentages and rebounds are up as well.

I'm not understanding why they're sitting here having this mental war about the MVP award, God forbid someone has a better season than LeBron. And if the last few games means LeBron should get it, then they need their hindquarters kicked. KD has been consistent all season, not half, not 3 quarters and not towards the end.

A new advanced stat?!…. really?

This will be an interesting to see how a lot here will react to this……. :man12:

Stats, and especially the "advanced ones", are just about all that matters to several here it will be interesting if this one is frowned upon because it elevates someone they have emotional feelings about. :man10:

Seems dead on, actually. Tony Parker is just a tick above the great Mike Dunleavy. :man10:

Time for "Mr. Unreliable" to head out west.
In the real world, the day Steph awoke at 9 a.m. to begin his Ustream show, Kobe Bryant probably awoke at the same time, even if it was 6 a.m. in California, and lifted weights.

Why anyone would write that in a hometown paper (and give a half-hearted apology to boot!) is beyond me.

Dude ought to be fired on the spot and fined all the money he's ever made with them.

Wow, Durant has BEEN that team, he signed on to stay there in that small market when he could have gone anywhere he wanted, he carried them this season. Yeah, he's had a bad series, but damn, show a tiny bit of loyalty.

This series is telling more about Allen/Grizz D and Westbrook/Brooks than about KD .

KD has his part of responsability and should get some blame but it's the best individual and team D he's going to face all playoffs long ... is he going to be Mr Unreliable when he torches the Floppers D ?

Great game from KD yesterday; now, he needs to finish it off in them how 'unreliable' he is...
