First 10 seconds is about Luke getting traded, and I promise its worth it to take a look.

Luke Walton active at Cavs practice today, said no back issues, ready to play. Said he and Lakers coach Mike Brown "weren't on same page.

Walton said he was surprised by trade. "First thing I did was get on the laptop & see if we can make the playoffs. We’re only 2 games out."

lol.. that guy is such a joke.

Sat around leeching millions like a scrub holding his little notebook emulating Phil. Phantom injuries, don't even think he trained at all the last 4 seasons.

Good riddance.

I agree with him on Brown and Walton not being on the same page. It always seemed like Luke was sitting in a different spot on the bench every game. Brown never knew where to put him and it ultimately cost Walton his spot on the Lakers because of his inability to keep each different seat as warm as possible.

Tough break for the guy. Maybe in Cleveland with Byron Scott, he will only sit in one seat and be able to keep it warm as he did before Brown screwed everything up with him.

I also think it's more mental with Luke now. He needs to realize that he is very versatile and skilled. He can keep many seats warm at a time.

Ohh well...

Luke Walton said he and Lakers coach Mike Brown "weren't on same page."
“If somebody had their life on the line, and they’ve got their options on who they want to save their life – tell me who you’re going to pick?” Bryant asked. “You’re going to look at the stats first?”

I know we can hit at least 100 pages on this. To me, Luke just doesn't look like he is in shape to play. It's one thing if you are not on the same page with the coach, but you should be training hard and working out so that if you get a chance to get in, then you better produce. Luke looks like he hasn't seen a gym in a few years. I didn't see any muscles at all. When he gets into the game, he is slower than a snail.

How about this as a compromise? I'll modify the title, and move it to NBA Discussion where fklukewalton can continue to post his "appreciation".
