Nobody has ever had the voice, the heart, the skills and the body? Please, give me a freaking break, many NBA greats have. Nobody has ever been able to play all 5 positions in the NBA like LeBron? Um, anyone ever heard of Magic Johnson? Starting at Center and winning a championship? I can't believe a guy like Coach K that's been around as long as he has and seen as much as he has could also get caught up in this prisoner of the moment stuff. I'll give you another nobody has ever, IMO nobody has ever been a worse shooter and had less actual finesse in his game and been praised more. LeBron is great, there's no questioning it now, but take away that size and speed and you take a way a LOT of his game.

I've watched a true master of the game for years in Kobe Bryant, seen some things from him I've never seen from anyone else, from amazing and impossible shots, to just ridiculous scoring games. Generations before me watched Michael, Magic, Kareem, Bird, and others do amazing things, and that LeBron now somehow gets almost put ahead of all these guys is a joke. Hell he still has to show me a lot to even come close to the player Kobe has been, let alone Michael Jordan.

I think Coach K got caught up in all the "love" to be honest. Yes, Lebron was basically ungaurdable in the Olympics. That being said, he really isn't some demi-God on the court. I find it interesting that many of the gushers seem to deminish Lebrons teammates. I understood acting like no one on the Heat did anything but to treat the same for Team USA :man3: as well, wow. It is sad that these guys are creatures of the moment instead of true fans of historians.
For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.

Well the Ring and MVP did wonders for him. He moved into the top 25 (25th actually). Another chip, mvp and strong numerical season should get him up around 21-22 in the matrix.

Lebron actually has 3 MVPs, and he's most likely going to end up with a couple more titles when it's all said and done. The dude the best player in the league. He's a flat out beast, anybody who denies that is blind.

I think he's top 15 already. Another ring, Finals MVP, and MVP should put him in the top 10.

2 rings, 2 FMVP, 4 MVPs and some of the greatest statistical production we've ever seen and you would only have him at 21-22? No idea how you figure that.

I have him at #12 right now and if he won another FMVP+MVP this season he would probably move to #8 on my list.

Congrats on becoming the youngest to 20,000 points LeBron. I'm sure Kevin Durant will have that in a little bit, on top of that he came out of college not out of High School. But congrats nontheless I guess.

It took Kobe to get 5 titles and the other three people didn't even consider combined with his individual accolades to even put Kobe in their top 20. But All LeBron needed was a few individuals accolades and 1 NBA title and people already have him in their top 10.

I wish Kobe would have gotten more MVP's in his prime, probably still wouldn't put him in people's top 10 until he won those other two titles without Shaq, damn shame.

Nor can the Lakers get blamed for always making the right decisions over decades. At some point its not just luck or "gamble", its superior management and superior ownership.
