if the rumored sign and trade for Bosh happens then they can still give out another max contract after signing Lebron, they can probably divide that up into two players, one of them being Ray Allen and probably a big guy for the other half (someone like Haywood for example)

my question is , is D Wade really gonna be the PG ?
I think he can do it but lets not forget that hes been injured before and playing PG full time could
make him more prone to an injury

David Stern should want this. Can you imagine the ratings of a Lakers-Heat series, with James-wade and Bosh, and then throw in the Shaq rivalry with Kobe. Call me crazy, but why wouldn't Miami try and offer Michael Beasley to the Portland Trailblazers for Greg Oden? I think a change of scenery, as well as just having to focus on his rebounding and defense. In Miami, everyone will be so focused on the "Big 3" that Oden, can really devlop. Yes, he's injury prone, but he doesn't need to carry the franchise, as he was asked to do on Day 1 in Portland. He would just be asked to clog the middle andplay good man to man defnese. What do you think?

I don't understand how this came about?

Is D Wade recruiting these guys? Or whats going on? I hear about Wade, Lebron, and Bosh playing together?

What team? What team would have money for these guys?

Adrian Whatchamacallit is saying Dwayne has given up on recruiting "The King."
Dwyane Wade told two associates in past 24 hours that his focus is on recruiting a big man (Bosh, Amar'e, Boozer) to Miami now, not LeBron.

It says he's stopped pursuing LeBron.

The RealGM frontpage is saying he has "given up on recruiting LeBron" with the caption: "LeBron James appears as though he won't go to the Heat."

Who casts a bigger shadow, the legacy of Michael Jordan or D-Wade?

Does Lebron truly want to put himself in a position where he will never quite be Jordan?

I think he has to be thinking either Miami or Cleveland. Chicago would be nice but the sportswriters would harass him unforgivingly in Chi-town. But maybe Lebron wants to take the heat?

Let's see what happens. Maybe something completely unexpected will take place or he simply goes back to Cleveland and end of story.

^hmm, so the earlier reports seem to be accurate. If this is true, they have 3 max contracts now. Nice maneuvering by Miami.

^I saw that on Fastbreak yesterday. The thing is that scenario assumes the Heat will be able to move Beasley which as we all know at this point is very unlikely.

^If you look at Beasley's averages, he's pretty good. All they need is 1 team. I find it hard to believe that Pat Riley wouldn't be able to find someone. I think that they will want an assurance from Lebron before they make that trade or do a S&T for Bosh.

I never said it was impossible, just unlikely. What I didn't like about the way ESPN presented the scenario was how they talked about moving Beasley like it ain't no thang. The guy sounds so nonchalant about it when in fact signing all three to max deals should be labeled impossible UNLESS they move Beasley. I guess I'm just getting fed up with ESPN showing off these (as Bosh put it) "pie in the sky" scenarios simply to perk up viewers' ears and get everyone's attention when we all know it ain't gonna happen.
