stepped up when he should have
but to be a good player
ya gota carry it inevery game.......
he aint gonna be a faktah in the finals

He's kind of a lesser version of Brian Shaw -- veteran presence that can calm down the team, can hit some critical shots, etc. Remember last year in round 1 of the playoffs when he was with Portland, we had something like a 20-pt in the fourth, Kerr started hitting shots, and they cut the lead to 6 or so in the final few minutes. We won, of course, but he sure helped give us a scare.

Steve's playin time with the Spurs is barely anything. That sux, but he still has the touch. I have all the respect for him in the world, cuz he stepped up when they needed him the most... Too bad for the Mavs though.
