I wish NateRob was our backup PG. Instead we are stuck with 7.5 million dollars worth of injured Blake and inconsistent Duhon.

One of the many vet. min signings that we should be keying in on during free agency. There will always be a group of players that go for the minimum that can contribute better than turds on multi-year contracts.

Wow ... watching the 76ers/Spurs game and Matt Bonner had such a blatant travel and there was no call. Then Sean Elliot says how Bonner's floater is unstoppable. The guy picked up the ball, took 3 steps ... realized no one was there and took literally a million shuffle steps and launched a floater. They showed the replay and it was even worse in slo-mo. Holy buckets!

Clippers look like a championship team right now. Basically how we looked from 08-10. It's too depressing to endure this crap

Yup, Clippers really do look to have that spark that the Lakers had from ~08-10, they have a deep team, they have a lot of talent, they play well as a unit, there is mutual trust throughout every position they're all on the same page and they're consistent, for the most part. The only real fault I can see in their play so far, something Rotoscooter mentioned, is how they get spooked at times. We saw it last night when the Lakers made their comeback(or near-comeback) I watched the previous Warriors vs. Clippers game and it was pretty clear that the Warriors were being assertive and it was messing with the Clippers game plan.

But ultimately, even if that is true, that you just have to bully the bully as the x-factor, that's a pretty luxurious weakness to have and should be no means be their downfall.

Still, even though the Warriors got faced tonight, They've had their way with LAC in the two previous match-ups and I would expect if the two teams met in the playoffs that it'd be a tough series.

I've never really hated the Clippers though, to me it's always been the fun rivalry that I can enjoy without getting too upset over. Clippers fans can be obnoxious, Clippers announcers are terrible. Blake Griffin and Chris Paul get on your nerves, and their owner bothers me, but historically I'm not one of those Lakers fans who is hostile to the Clippers or thinks they're BS. Partly because they've always been so laughably bad and non-threatening, but also because... I mean, it's still Los Angeles, it's still California.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. The furthest they can go is WCF and that's it. Clips don't have the experience or the maturity to make it any further. Still their most impressive season ever, though.

what games are you watching? they're one of the top defensive teams in the league dude. agreed on depending on Paul....lots of one on one basketball...but they're definitely a good defensive team, no doubt about that.

The Knicks offense is unbearable right now without Melo.

not many, admittedly, but i watched darren collison (darren collison!) carve them up last night. they're athletic, but their back line guys are hoop dumb, and paul is actually really slow defensively (as is butler). good teams can exploit them on that end. bad teams get cowed by the athleticism.

I watched 3 halfs involving this team and it was the worst looking B-Ball I've seen this season

doesn't matter though ... they split the last 10 games and still managed to make ground on the Knicks .

On the other end , the Floppers won 17 straight then lost 2 ... they went from the number 1 seed to the 3rd .

It's a HUGE advantage to be a Leastern Conf team

Can everyone stop overrating the Heat now. Every time I check on one of their matches they would be losing.

I don't think they are worth paying attention to until the playoffs, they're just coasting. This team will blitz through the East when the time comes
