Unfortunately, the way it should look is different than the way it does look. You're showing the former as opposed to the latter :man6: :man6: :man6:

not going to happen. The league office is loving the NBA right now. The Lakers (and Kobe) aren't dominating the NBA as it has done for the past decade. The Heat (Lebron), OKC (KD), NYK (Melo..far fetched thought) are all tops. Then there is the Paperclips (CP3, Blake Griffin) which keeps the LA market in the mix. All these means parody for the league. They League office couldn't ask for a better season to playout thus far. Young guns making it and the holders on (Boston and LA) are falling down for now.

Luke Walton is averaging more steals per 48mins than Russell Westbrook, Rondo, Avery Bradley, Kyle Lowry, James Harden, and Kyrie Irving. :man10:

The new "flopping rule" has not been applied to a top line player yet..... much less a "star"..... and it definitely won't happen on a team the league is going to leverage for viewers and promote.

Hundreds of games, and caught only 2 offenders so far (maybe more, but still)... Blake Griffin and CP3 should be hobos by now...

Paul sat out again tonight with that bone bruise in his knee. He was hobbling around in the GS game on Monday. He didn't look healthy at all. They need a healthy Paul against Oklahoma; if they don't have him have healthy for OKC in the playoffs, we're going to see the same result we did tonight...

They definitely need him, but as high as they are in the standings, they can give him all the rest he needs to heal up and be ready for the playoffs. I think he'll be fine.

That's the knee he had surgery on; so, it might be a bit of concern. I did some research on his knee surgery. It is very serious. It can eventually get to a state of being bone-on-bone. This has always worried me about Chris.

during the brief stint where i believed paul was a laker (double eff stern), i was concerned about his longevity. i think that knee isn't far off from a brandon roy situation (iirc).

I was not that happy for that brief stint either..... the knee is bone on bone according to a few rumors about the procedure he had in New Orleans.

He seems to wear down every year about this time and then flames out in the playoffs..... he's right on schedule this year it seems.

Been watching all of the Cavs games the last 2 weeks. They are actually really fun to watch. Tons of energy and that Irving guy is something spectacular. The way they are playing right now, even though there record is bad they are a lot better than that now. Believe me or not but Kyrie really reminds me of a young Kobe in the sense that he has supreme confidence in himself, which is really refreshing to see in a younger player. The game last night against the Bucks when Wayne Ellington and Speights made there debuts was so entertaining.

Don't laugh but their second unit with Luke Walton and Shawn Livingston are really on point Both Luke and Shawn play off of each other so darn well it's amazing sometimes. Also, side not but that Shawn Livingston guy can sure defend any guard with his great size and length for a PG. We would love him if he was on our team.

yeah, losing a bunch of home games to bad teams puts you in the position of needing major injuries to key players on teams ahead of you in order to make the playoffs. houston and portland have generally been good at winning at home and beating bad teams. if the lakers had simply done those things, they'd be ahead of those two already. frustrating/depressing.

chances of passing those two are pretty slim, and chances of passing utah or denver are almost zero. still, i'll worry more about it if and when the lakers show they can win at least the winnable games. utah was a start.

Wade shoots a 3, sees that it's not going in and falls down to try and draw the foul.

Great players don't need to do that, because well......

They make the shot.

Wow... That was a huge 3 by Bron to send it to OT.

Lebron with 2 straight buckets in OT with clear offensive fouls not called. The first, he drove and literally moved Terry with his off arm. Then he followed up a Wade miss with a clear shove in the back on Paulina for the follow up.
