Figured I'd get this annual thread rolling as the preseason is well underway. For starters, Blatche actually looks like he doesn't suck in Brooklyn.

I have not watched much at all of other teams in the pre-season. I can barely stand watching OUR camp fodder much less another team's...

Been watching some of the clippers pre-season games and they are DEEP. I read a tweet the other day that thus far in the pre-season they are shooting as a team 48.5% from the field, which is pretty good.

Not to mention its really looks like DeAndre Jordan has some sort of offense in the low post. It's nothing amazing or ground breaking, but he does know how to use his length now. When the Clippers were playing the Heat the 2nd time in China a few days ago DJ had 12-13 points in the first quarter just by catching the ball in the low post, backing down, and using a right hook shot to score. With all of that said, the previous game he went 1-9 at the free throw line with 1 air ball, so he certainly doesn't look like he improved in that area.

Great thread. I'll be watching many, many games this season, like 2-3 a day.. Aside from the usual teams most watch, I think I'll start following Denver, Philly, Brooklyn & the T'wolves more closely.

I'd like to see the play(s) that prompted the league to do this.

It's going to be interesting to see how the NBA polices this, as "flopping" can kinda be subjective.

A lot of times players feel the need to sell a call because the referees seem inept.

Rondo, Lee, Terry, Bradley and Barbosa make for a pretty beast backcourt I'm not gonna lie.

Him and JVG are discussing flopping and JVG, of course, is calling it like it is and how it should be. Breen on the other hand is saying it's hard to tell when someone flops and sometimes "they just fall down".

He has to be getting paid to be a dumba** because he's honestly a moron if not. Him and Tirico should have been gone 5 years ago.

Breen is a league tool..... he must get performance bonuses for all layers of brown on his nose at the end of each year....

I'm watching the game and I've been thinking the same. It's clearly intentional too IMO.

I'm so envious of Ryan Anderson's stroke. Such a smooth release, and it seems like he can't miss.

For Steve Blake nonetheless in the 3 way deal with Portland and Jamal Crawford.

I think Denver is going to miss the 30 points a game they gave up to get AI..... they don't have a go to scorer and now no scoring punch off the bench. Afflalo was a defensive stud as well...
