Here is who will be participating in the point guard challenge:

NBA.com:
989 SPORTS SKILLS CHALLENGE

    Earl Boykins, Denver Nuggets
    Baron Davis, New Orleans Hornets
    Stephon Marbury, New York Knicks
    Gary Payton, Los Angeles Lakers

This is going to be very fun to watch, I don't know why Kidd dropped out, but I am very glad that Payton will be in it.

I think GP will win, he will be mad that he's not going to be in the big game, and won't be satisfied going home without anything, so he will settle for this trophy

Nope, like Kidd, Gary Payton intends to drop out of the Skills Challenge too, as reported in today's version of the LA Times...I have no idea why he would do such a thing, he said that he didn't intend to join and that he would tell his agent to notify the league about it...guess it's only Earl Boykins, Baron Davis, and Stephon Marbury now...and they do need a good replacement for this...how about Mike Bibby or Nick Van Exel...? These guys can also dribble the ball...
