Interesting fact.

Damien Lillard is the first ROY to attend 4 years of college since Tim Duncan.

Detroit is currently 6-9 at home and 7-6 on the road. Usually young teams are more comfortable at home than they are on the road. Then again, these guys are living in Detroit.

And here was the best thing about it: Everyone has to shut the heck up now. Shelve the “never made the conference finals” argument. Shelve the “never came up huge when it mattered” hot take. Chris Paul just played an all-time game in an all-time series. And won. And it happened on the heels of him submitting the best seven-year stretch in point guard history — nobody has ever remained this efficient on both ends for this long. It’s simply never happened. He’s the best point guard of his generation. Game 7 ended up being his submission to the “Best Point Guards Ever” club — his version of Isiah’s slightly-more-incredible Game 6 of the 1988 Finals.

thank u bill simmons

finally somebody giving cp3 the credit he deserves

Clippers have some serious mojo going now. Reminds me of the Lakers run in 2008, or Dallas in 2011?

Should be interesting to see how far they go. They've always had the talent, but I didn't think they could execute come playoff time.

Love the way Memphis is taking it to GS. I was 100% on board with Chuck. Live by the jumper or die by it. I still think GS might pull this series out, but they aren't winning a title, not this year at least. Gotta earn those playoff scars.

The ones the Grizz have already gone through. It'll be a good game tonight though.

Rockets are done. Dwight Howard's makeup reveals itself again. He's not a winner and doesn't care about winning. That's why Kobe would rip him up.
Why do we fall? So that we can learn to pick ourselves up.
