I don't want Pau to shoot the 3, but this is another good reason why we should hold on to Pau.

Good to see the, "Pau's play has everything to do with everyone else and not his fault" crew is still alive and kicking.

I'm not taking this personal or anything, but I'll respond... once we were eliminated by OKC, I wanted Pau (and Bynum) shipped outta here.... because it most likely would have netted us Dwight and Deron Williams. But we get Dwight, get Nash and KEEP Pau? What's the point of getting rid of him now? There's only a handful of packages/deals that would make trading Pau worth while, and Granger/West isn't one of them.
There are two teams that play in the Staples Center:
the LA Lakers and NBA Clippers.

For a package built around Indiana Ron, Blake, Gloc, 2021 picks and cash considerations. /putsdownpipe

The Houston Rockets have been linked to a potential trade for Danny Granger.

But one source said the report is inaccurate about their interest in acquiring Granger, who has a large contract.

I'm interested! Love Granger's game. Damn, a 38% from the three-point line. He'd be the perfect floor spacer...

Well 38% isn't that great. I was being only slightly sarcastic though.

He's kind of like a Rudy Gay minus some athleticism. He's a shooter who's never been that efficient overall. And he's not exactly young anymore at 28 going on 29.

But I'd take that trade for sure.

^Actually, from what I've seen in Indiana, he's a good catch & shoot player; he can also take you off the dribble and create his own shot. He's not a defensive liability; he can get after you defensively. 38% is great when you consider nobody on on our team is shooting that high of percentage but Nash. That's nothing to sneeze at all. He has to respected. He's a career 43% FG%, though. So, you're right not efficient, but when you're playing with Nash & Kobe, the game becomes a lot easier for you. Look at what it has done for Earl? For Granger, he would do well here...

Give me Granger and West...... They can have Pau and Earl Clark or Hill.....

Granger is a very underrated defender IMO. He played LeBron as good as anyone I've seen in last year's playoffs.

He's a spot up shooter and can create his own shot..... just what we need for Howard and Nash to thrive.

David West is perfect as a PF as well. He thrives in the pick and roll and can create space with his face up game.

I'd love to have Granger. Like Roo said, good defender and nice shooter as well. He'd be a great SF for us. That's the kind of guy I'd move Pau for. I prefer him to Rudy Gay actually.

Yeah don't get me wrong, I'd definitely take Granger if he were healthy.

The problem becomes money. Why would Indiana want Pau, especially now that he's damaged goods? And who would we take back with Granger since the contracts are so far separated?

If Gasol was still healthy, I'd do this deal:

Minnesota in: Gasol/Pacers pick
Minnesota out: Pekovic/Williams/Cunningham/Ridnour

Pacers in: Pekovic/Williams/Ridnour
Pacers out: Granger/Pick

Lakers in: Granger/Cunningham
Lakers out: Gasol

Minny gets kinda jobbed and I'm not sure why the Pacers want Pek/Williams, but the idea is really to get a 3rd team in there.
