i love Jim Paxson from his playing days and all but why?

he reallyhasnt done all too wel as GM cept land LeBron but that was half luck anyway :man7:

yeah, paxson hasnt really done anything special for the cavs. I dont really agree on this.

right place, right time type of situation, he has yet to do anything to earn a president position. I would hate to see what they would give to a GM that actually deserves a promotion or has done some good work as a GM...elect him mayor. Paxson is just another example of what kind of benefit having Lebron on your team is, if Silas is nominated for coached of the year I will be mad, not that he isn't a good coach, but there are so many other coaches that will deserve it. you have to see if its justified first

sometimes you can discredit someone just because you think they have it easy

phils only won ONE coach of the year award and that was only because they wont 72 games that year

Peter Gabriel of the Orlando Magic won exec of the year when he traded away all their players for scrap... he didnt PLAN for ther heart and husttle to win games, they just happened to do so
